Morning Prayer: Lord, Lead Us to the Truth
As this new day begins, we turn our hearts toward the risen Jesus Christ, our Saviour and our hope. Because Christ has conquered sin and death, we do not need to live in fear. We can face today with confidence, knowing that the Lord walks with us.
Let us bless our Saviour, who by his rising to new life has freed the world from fear.
– Lord, lead us to the truth.
Lord Jesus, as this day begins, we remember that You are risen. Fill our hearts with hope and help us look toward the future with confidence. When we are afraid, strengthen our faith. When we are discouraged, renew our hope. When we are uncertain, guide our steps.

Lord, we offer You our prayer this morning. Take into Your loving hands our cares, our hopes, our plans, our families, and our needs. Help us surrender everything to You and trust that Your grace is sufficient for us.

Deepen in us our love for You today. May everything we think, say, and do bring glory to Your name. Teach us to seek not only our own good but also the good of those around us. Make us instruments of Your love, mercy, and peace.

Lord Jesus, through our own troubles, teach us to recognize the suffering of others. Give us compassionate hearts that do not ignore those who are hurting. Help us to comfort the lonely, encourage the discouraged, forgive those who have hurt us, and offer hope to those who feel forgotten.

Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,

Prayer for Light, Justice, and Peace
True Light of the world, Lord Jesus Christ, enlighten our hearts and guide us toward salvation. Give us the grace to welcome You more deeply into our lives and to prepare the way for Your love, justice, and peace.
May our words bring encouragement.
May our actions bring kindness.
May our presence bring peace.
May our lives point others toward You.
When darkness surrounds us, be our light. When we are weak, be our strength. When we are lost, be our guide. When we are afraid, remind us that You have already conquered the world.
Who live and reign with God the Father in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever.

A Prayer to Carry Through the Day
Lord Jesus, lead us to the truth today. Lead us away from fear, confusion, temptation, and discouragement. Guide our decisions, protect our families, bless the work of our hands, and keep our hearts close to You. May Your risen light shine through our lives and may we become a source of hope to everyone we meet. Amen.
